Since meat is a perishable food product, Lahimat does not offer replacements or returns of its products, except in cases of receiving a defective, damaged, or different product from the order. To return or replace a defective or damaged product, you can contact us via WhatsApp: 0559780004. You can only replace or return the defective or damaged product on the same day of receipt. The amount for canceled orders will be refunded through the same payment method within 14 days of order cancellation and return. To preserve the quality of the meat and avoid spoilage: it must be stored immediately upon receipt in the refrigerator for cooking within a day or frozen, ensuring there is enough space for quick freezing and avoiding accumulation in the freezer. Meat should be thawed by placing it in the refrigerator beforehand. What spoils the meat: thawing outside the refrigerator, whether by air, cold water, or hot water, as this causes the outer surface of the meat to thaw faster than the inside, creating a temperature that allows bacteria to multiply on the surface.
